These are the instructions for getting started and joining a virtual forex market session.
- Register for TraderMetrics
- Download TraderMetrics
- Purchase a license for TraderMetrics after you are sure that the software runs on your PC by running in evaluation mode.
- Go to the help>Registration Information menu and send the Product Identification Code to us.
- When you get the license file back, copy it to the Program Files\TraderMetrics directory.
- Register on the TraderMetrics forum and and then go to the Calendar to find a currently running session.
- Open the file 'tm.ini' from the Program Files\TraderMetrics directory in notepad and scroll to the [Network] section.
- Change the ServerIP to =xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, repacing the x's with the IP address of the session
- Start TraderMetrics, select Network Session, and log on.

If you want to run a Network Session.....
NB:You may want to participate in a couple of trading sessions before you host a session
- Download the TraderMetrics Network Server from the link provided and install.
- Read the User Guide to familiarise yourself with the functionality.
- Publicize your session on the forum calendar or inform your friends who also have TraderMetrics.
- Run your session.
- If you are running a copetition, don't forget to download the user information before you close the session - it is not recoverable!
